Website content and murals

Content (including and not limited to murals, artworks and designs) are the property of Bespoke Murals Sydney. They cannot be re-used or rebranded in any place, space nor any context without the express permission of the owners of Bespoke Murals Sydney.

Completed murals

A completed mural is the ownership of the customer who requested and paid for the completed work. Bespoke Murals Sydney may request the permission of the owner to use a visual of the mural within the Bespoke Murals Sydney website or marketing material. However, it is the owner who must first provide their approval for this use, once mural is completed.

Contractual terms and confirmation of mural specifications

Whilst we will endeavour to provide customisation and tweaking of murals and wall art, once the design concept and been signed off by the customer, any extensive changes may incur additional fees above and beyond the quote provided within the proposal.

Project financing

Once a customer has agreed to proceed working with Bespoke Murals Sydney for a mural or art work, partial payment may be requested up front to allow Bespoke Murals Sydney to support the purchase of required materials and / or cash-flow management.
